Purpose of processing	To allow the subject to subscribe to our newsletter and to receive updates and promotional information on events and promotions to the email address given. To allow the user to retrieve images from the website provided they have credentials allowing access to the Press Area of the Bolzano Tourist Board website. To send information on products and services requested, pursuant to art. 130 c 4 of Legislative Decree 196/2003 (Privacy Code)
Failure to provide data	Failure to provide data for the purposes set out above means the subject will be unable to subscribe to newsletters or create credentials for access to the Press Area and, as a result, be unable to use the services it offers.
Means of processing	Processing may be digital or analogue; in each case it is carried out in a way which ensures data security and confidentiality. Data is not profiled for commercial purposes.
Legal basis for processing	Data subject’s consent. Execution of agreement Legitimate interest
Recipients of data gathered	Consultancies responsible for processing and IT consultants connected to the aforementioned purposes who are responsible for processing.
Transfer of data outside of the EU	Data will not be transferred to countries outside of the EU.
Retention period	24 months or until the data subject unsubscribes.

Withdrawing consent	Data subjects may unsubscribe from the Newsletter and withdraw their consent by writing to: info@bolzano-bozen.it or by using the in/out feature at the foot of the Newsletter.
