The impressive building, which also houses the Parkhotel Mondschein, was built around 1320 and renovated in 1890 in Belle Époque style. The original grand ceiling decorations, the centuries-old trees in the park it overlooks, and the elegant furnishings create a unique atmosphere in the city center.
This sense of elegance and history extends to the dishes crafted by chef Mathieu Domagala, a South Tyrolean with French roots.
